Kartınız size ulaştıktan sonra kartınızı daha sağlıklı kullanmak için Transferkartınızı www.nxpay.com adresinden aktif etmeyi unutmayınız. Transfercard nedir?
Transfercard Betsson hesabınızdaki parayı vereceğiniz para çekme talebi sonrasında talebinizin 24 saat içinde onaylanmasının hemen ardından size gönderilmiş olan bir ATM kartı yardımıyla bu parayı herhangi bir ATM’den çekmenizi sağlayan bir para çekme metodudur. Transferkart Türkiye dışından normal posta yoluyla size gönderilmektedir. Bu postalar doğrudan sizin adınıza gönderilir ve kapınıza postacılar tarafından ulaştırılır. Kart adresinize ulaştığında adreste birinin bulunarak bu kartı teslim alması gerekmektedir.
Transferkart geldiğinde evde olmazsam ne olur?
Transferkartınız size geldiğinde evde olmazsanız kartınızı teslim alamaz ve Betsson’dan yeniden kart siparişinde bulunmanız gerekir.
Peki o zaman benden yeniden para kesilir mi?
Hayır. Betsson size ulaştırılamamış kartları tespit eder ve böyle bir durumda sizden tekrar para almaz.
Peki kart bana gelecek diye sürekli evde mi oturacağım böyle şey mi olur?

Kart takip numarası hemen oluşmaz. Önce kartınızn gönderilmesi ve üzerinden bir miktar süre geçmesi gerekmektedir. O yüzden talebi verdikten 2 hafta gibi bir süre sonra Betsson müşteri hizmetleri ile temas kurarark bu numarayı talep ediniz.
Transferkartım geldi. Şimdi ne yapmalıyım?
Hiçbir şey yapmasanız da olur. Kartınız para çekmeye hazır durumdadır. Betsson hesabınızdan para çekme talebinizi verir ve gidip bir ATM’den paranızı alabilirsiniz.
Peki Transferkart hangi ATM’lerde geçerlidir?
Transfercard genelde bütün ATM’lerde geçiyor. Ama ille de tavsiye istiyorsanız, Garanti Bankası, HSBC ve YKB ATM’lerini tercih edebilirsiniz. Bu ATM’ler genellikle hiç sorun yaşatmazlar.
Transferkart ile para çekersem ne kadar kesinti öderim?
Transferkart masraflarıyla ilgili Betsson müşteri hizmetlerine danışarak kesinti miktarlarını öğrenmenizde fayda var. En son bildiğimiz kadarıyla her kabul edilen ATM para çekme işlemi için 3.5 Dolar kesinti ödüyorsunuz. Eğer yaptığınız bir para çekme denemesi red edilecek olursa bunun da maliyeti 1 Dolar kadar.
Kabul edilen işlem ücreti ne demek?
Eğer ATM’den yapmak istediğiniz para çekme işlemi başarılı bir şekilde sonuçlanacak olursa bu işlem için sizin Transfercard bakiyenizden çektiğiniz paranın haricinde 3.5 dolar daha düşüyor demek bu. O nedenle ATM’den para çekeceğiniz miktarı yazarken Transfercard hesabınızdan bu kesintinin de yapılabileceği şekilde bu parayı çekmeniz gerekiyor. Eğer para çekme miktarınızın sonunda kart bakiyenizde bu ücreti karşılayacak bakiye kalmamış ise o zaman işleminiz Transfercard tarafından kabul edilmiyor. Bunun üzerine siz bir de 1 dolarlık red edilen işlem ücreti ödüyorsunuz. Bu nedenle her zaman için para çekme miktarınızdan 3.5 dolarlık işlem ücretini düşün ve para çekme denemelerinizi buna göre yapın.
